Start with whole roast and slice yourself then you can store in the refrigerator or freezer

1C flour- 1 stick of butter-blend with whisk over medium heat-gradually add 3 C  milk and 2 C homemade chicken broth

continually whisking until desired consistency if too thick add more broth- remove from heat

blend cooked carrots, celery, and onion together- add to cream sauce or chop very fine- cook and add to cream sauce or omit vegetables.For mushroom soup sauteed diced fresh mushrooms and add to cream sauce

Toast whole grain,sour doe,or homemade bread-shred in food processor until fine

honey-pure maple syrup

Greek yogurt

use cream sauce recipee- add parmesan cheese and other cheese if desired

add chicken bones or whole chicken in a kettle with chopped carrots celery and onion and more than the amount of water than you need for broth-

bring to a boil let simmer at least 1 hour-
if using whole chicken remove chicken out of kettle drain off any bones while saving the broth

add beef bones to a kettle-add chopped carrots, celery, and onion- add garlic and parsley-cover with more than the amount of water than you need broth- bring to boil and turn down and simmer for at least an hour
